We loved our stay at this riad! The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Medina, yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet spot. It's only a few minutes' walk from a main road, making it easy to bring luggage in and out or venture beyond the Medina. Being close to Le Jardin Secret, a well-known landmark, also made finding our way back through the maze of streets a breeze! The riad itself is full of Moroccan charm, with beautiful traditional decor. The room was a little snug, but that was a small trade-off for the exceptional service and terrific location. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. And breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight every morning, with delicious food and lovely views. One of our most memorable experiences was thanks to Fatima, the cook, who took my sister and I to her local hammam for a truly authentic Moroccan experience. For those with a sense of adventure, this is an absolute must! A wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. We would happily return!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Riad as a whole had a lot of personality, and is in a great location.

The riad itself is nice and comfortable. Even though we stayed only one night, the staff was kind and welcoming.

Organizing trips or experiences through the riad was quite difficult. English is not spoken very well, which caused several misunderstandings. The Zagora trip we booked was disappointing: some planned stops were skipped without explanation and no refund or alternative was offered.
