Excellent location, some 20 min walk to the old city through a calm and green neighbourhood. Clean, well equipped, easy to find when traveling by car. All major instructions on how to find the apartment in the block, garage, etc. are recorded on the short videos that are very helpful, clear instructions provided within the apartment. While the ground floor includes a shared living room for two guest rooms, we did not use it, as the apartment is fully equipped for a short stay. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, and the entire property with both guest rooms is particularly well suited for larger group of people seeking both proximity and privacy.

Some effort was required to translate the instructions and messages into English, and although a two-language option is indicated, it does not function properly. Regarding the garage, when booking the stay, I was looking for the option with an access to the parking, but didn't notice that available parking has strict limitations for the height, length and weight, as it is arranged on two levels via a lifting platform. Even if our car had met all of these requirements, we would have been hesitant to use it without prior experience. The owner, however, kindly advised on an alternative parking solution. The mattress was very soft, which did not suit our preference, although it may appeal to other guests. Finally, note that rubbish must be disposed of upon departure; the designated bin area was locked at the time we left, so we had to discard it elsewhere—an inconvenience, particularly for guests not travelling by car.
