Location near to the subway station, it was perfectly clean, very functional in terms of kitchen utensils, comfortable sofa in front of the TV, the bed was big and good quality mattress. Very convenient parking space in front of the apartment.

No negatives

Location, comfortable, spacious apartment with well stocked kitchen. It is in the basement which might not suit everyone and very little space between the side of the bed and wall

Communication was not existent with anyone once you were in and had issues. Our 2 criteria for choosing this apartment was car parking and washing machine. There was no clothes washing Detergent so could not use machine and car parking was very stressful. We arrived at the apartment to find another car (person who lives downstairs near the car park) was in our space. We could not drive to the back as the lady upstairs parks under the canopy so there was no space between two cars to drive through - so much for leaving space for emergencies which was our instructions. Very stressful situation which we had to resolve as Communication is non-existent. Very expensive apartment so not sure it is worth the stress.
