Location, size of house, bedroom decor n great kitchen facilities.
Shower in bathroom was too small...you couldnt get your head our from under it; garden was overgrown n full of dead plants so didnt want to sit round that. And sofa in lounge was really hard n uncomfortable. Oh and absolutely no signal on phone.
