Excellent location, very good for all the center of Wells, and easy to find. The apartment was clean and looked well kept and had everything we required for a short stay. An excellent new shower had just been fitted in the bathroom. The large fan was very welcome as we visited during a very hot spell of weather.
This met all our expectations. We were a little worried about the sofa bed as had seen some negative comments however we found it to be fine.

Ticked all the boxes for me, setting up a new business in town, and didn’t want to be in a hotel, walking distance from work. Great spec, quiet. Liked it so much have booked again for another week.

Sustain: • The kitchenette was well equipped, allowing for convenient cooking. • The living space was generous and had plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere. • The super king bed was extremely comfortable and contributed to a restful stay. • The availability of parking at the location was ideal—within walking distance of the centre of Wells. Being able to park prior to check in and go for an explore was appreciated.
Develop: • Cleanliness and general condition of the property were disappointing, particularly considering the standard £75 cleaning fee. • The bathroom had visible mould and a noticeable smell of mildew, which was off-putting. This was likely due to insufficient ventilation/ no windows. • Multiple scuffs and marks were present on the walls throughout the property, and the kitchen blinds were broken in places. It made an otherwise pretty property look a bit shabby. • Some of the crockery was unclean on arrival and required hand washing before use. This would have been less of an issue had we not been charged £75 for cleaning. • Noise levels were problematic at night. An air conditioning unit from a neighbouring business runs intermittently below the bedroom window. During warm weather, when sleeping with the windows open was necessary, this created a significant disturbance and affected my partner’s sleep.
