Spacious Townhouse Private Parking Central Wells

The house is centrally located and easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall cleanliness is good. I think this is a good option for a short stay or a weekend break.

Even with the recent heatwave ending, the rooms were still quite stuffy at night and fans in the rooms would have been appreciated. The washer-dryer broke and I had to drain it manually, at the request of the host. I would have preferred if the host had come to fix it themselves, since spending two hours fixing someone else's washing machine was not what I had planned doing while on holiday. The host said an engineer would come, but then they couldn't find anyone over the weekend. Both clocks in the kitchen show the wrong time, suggesting that the house perhaps isn't receiving the maintenance and attention it needs to really be spectacular.

The property has a car parking. The host is very helpful.

The front door key is hard to open. Some cabinets in the kitchen are not clean.

Good central location, very well equipped. A comfortable base for our family.

The floorboards were incredibly squeaky and disturbed sleepers.

The biggest problem is the house is advertised as having 3 bathrooms. It ONLY HAS 2 bathrooms. As we were 3 couples this was one of the main reasons we selected this property so this was major disappointment. The description is very misleading. Also the dining room has 6 chairs but the table can only seat 4 people. The lounge is also tight for space to seat 6 people. The house is described as spacious which may be the case for 4 people but not for 6 adults.
