We were in town briefly to move our daughter into her dorm at Baylor. This location was perfect for getting back and forth from the college. Communication with the host was excellent. The home was clean and well-suited for our stay. However, the flooring throughout the house has expanded and cupped to the point of being a tripping hazard if you aren't aware (like in the night). We were ok with it, just be aware if you have elderly family.

The house was decent, but it's painfully obvious that it's a thrown together investment property in an undesirable neighborhood. There's metal bars on neighboring homes windows, all sorts of broken windows on homes along the street, there was loud music and loud cars all throughout the night etc. The faucet on the bath was falling off, the floor was coming up in areas - just all very thrown together (which is wild for $300+ for a single night). It was an okay place to stay for the night, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend.
