We had a nice, comfortable stay here in Waco. The house was great for us with all the conveniences we needed after busy days of sight-seeing. It offers really quick access to Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park Zoo and the River Walk. Also, don't miss Homestead Craft Village and Mammoth National Monument just about 20 minutes from the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property. It is in a great location near all the attractions. Our host stayed in touch throughout the entire visit.

When we checked in, we dropped off our luggage and left immediately for dinner. Upon return, we assessed the accommodations and found the conditions deplorable. We noticed a very musty smell that the huge kitchen air purifier did not remedy. Daybed filthy with broken arms/sides and ripped fabric. Living room sectional was also visibly dirty. Bathroom doors were dirty, smeared with fingerprints. Paint stained, chipped and flaking in bedrooms, on and around doors, and walls. The house needs interior and exterior repairs. The sketchy neighborhood consists of mostly dilapidated houses. As we stood in the kitchen discussing the situation - a house that does not match the pristine photos on the website with substandard conditions- we repeatedly heard much commotion coming from just outside the backdoor until finally, we heard the back door handle jiggling and a thunderous thrusting against the door sounding like someone was trying to break into the home. We immediately tried calling the host to express our major concern for the accommodations and our safety. However, she only responded through text. Her response: "The back glass door swinging on the door can caused the noise. If someone is breaking in. Call 911 please." Within 10 minutes, we had our car loaded up and checked out. We notified Sharon immediately that we checked out due to the conditions of the home and our fear for our safety. We never received further response from the host at all. We are absolutely disgusted.

We came to Waco to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday and recent retirement. The place was a perfect location for us and provided a great base for many day trips to local sites. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The property was clean and conveniently located. Hostesses was very responsive. Kitchen was modern and well stocked except for ground coffee, salt and pepper, but there were plenty of K cups.

Property was just as presented. We were in Waco for the Ironman Triathlon and loved the location. Very close to the starting point for the swim at Cameron Park! Highly recommend.

Amazing property. Clean, well cared for, every amenity you could hope for. Close to everything. Beautiful, big backyard for gathering. Great sized rooms and comfortable spaces. Beds were comfortable. Highly, highly recommend. Owner was very responsive and friendly. One of the best homes we have rented on VBRO. Do yourself a favor and book this home.
