Enjoyable stay. Comfy home. Our second time staying here. Had some TV streaming issues but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Kyle our host was very easy to reach. Helped to provide solutions to the issues. Overall good stay.

The property owner propositioned me and offered to pay me to go down on him and do it.. I offered to mow the lawn, due to having dogs, and he was nice to pay me 30 for it, but then the next day made inappropriate sexual comments.

Centrally located - everything was about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this house so much! Made it feel like coming “home” every day. Very cozy, incredible choices of coffee in the baskets & just perfect for our little girls trip weekend in Waco!

We enjoyed our stay at your house. We suggest the check in time would be better if it were 3. The check out time of 10 is too early for 6 70 women. The bathrooms need rugs to step out of tub and showers. A shower mat is needed in master shower. This are just things we noticed from our stay. We also ran out of toilet paper. This was the 3rd time to stay at this lovely home. It is always very clean, and is the perfect home away from home. We stayed this time for Christmas and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree and decor throughout the home that made our stay even more special. The host is extremely responsive! We came back to Waco to celebrate our son who was moving overseas. The house was PERFECT and all we could ask for. The bonus was Baskin Robins (ice cream shop) that literally just opened down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are home. Great Property, good location. Neighborhood was a little crowded with cars and roof repair companies from a previous storm that rolled through but it was manageable. We had a great time in Waco, house was 15 minutes from the downtown area which made it super convenient. Only downfall we had was the dog run area was overgrown and couldn’t be used by my small dogs, the shower head in the MBR was a little small for my 6’2” frame and there was not 1 single blanket to be found in the home but we got by. All in all it was a good stay and we would rent again if we came back.

This was a great house for a short trip to Waco. Each room was well set up and it was clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The host supplied coffee bar and all kitchen needs. There were dogs next door that barked all afternoon almost every day which was a slight nuisance but not something that would keep us from coming back. The only feedback I have for the host would be updating the pots and pans - several were bent and some of the non-stick parts were coming off. Other than that, the house was as described.

The property manager/owner response and interaction was great. The home was clean, roomy, and stocked with everything you would possibly need when staying away from home. In addition, the home was stocked with an amazing coffee bar and the beds get an A+ for comfort. The stay was Perfect!

We were in Waco for an event and needed to house a family of five and a small dog. The house was just as described, and had the added touch of being decorated for the holidays. It was just like being at home. No drama. No elevators. No breakfast crowd. Just a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Waco to be convenient for us. Highly recommended.
