Mid-Modern style home located in the heart of Waco, this spacious home is divided into 2 parts. The Queen suite or 4th bedroom is only accessible from the outside-features a bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. The main part of the home boasts a large living room full kitchen and 3 bedrooms with a small bathroom. Perfect place for a family gathering spot giving you the luxury of staying under the same roof but also allowing for a separate space for living and bedroom.

The house was divided into two apartments. We had to walk around the back of the house outside to get to our room. The carpet in that unit was so stained and gross that I didn't want to take off my shoes. There is no reason to have that filthy of carpet. The bed was broken and collapsed when we got in it on one end. There were no hairdryers neither unit and very few utensils. We had to share a spoon when we had ice cream. There were no ice trays and the ice maker didn't work. So buy a bag of ice before you come. The rest of the house was ok, but the carpet in both units needs to go. UGH!
