Around the corner from Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate, Lu’s Place is a charming brick colonial in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that you’ll have all to yourself. Dine in with a fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy refreshments on the gorgeous patio. 3 TVs for streaming your favorites and all the amenities.

Great for kids and pets, Lu's Place features a large fenced backyard, pack n play (just ask), playhouse and lots of balls!

Lu’s Place sleeps 6 adults comfortably in the three bedrooms. A pack n play, couch and queen air mattress allow for up to 8 adults and two child (though really more comfortable for 6 people and under).

Girls Getaway weekend and enjoyed our stay at Lu’s Place. Quiet and safe location. The home was spotless (high on my list) and more than well- equipped. Decorated nicely and furniture and appliances are well maintained. Spacious and 3 separate bedrooms were well appointed. Easy check-in. This is a great home to book for a family! We stayed with our 2 young kids and our dog, and there was ample space for everyone! The backyard is fenced in, which is was really nice that we could bring our dog. There are also kid toys and activities in the home which was a nice plus. The home was clean, and spacious. The only thing of note is that some of the vertical blinds are missing/broken on the windows, so with young kids, consider bringing your own blackout curtains. Overall, highly recommend this home for a Waco stay!

I loved staying at this place so much! It’s well stocked with just about everything you could need and it was really easy for my dad with a walker to navigate the spaces. The hosts were really sweet and helpful checking in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay. Definitely felt at home here. They left roses as well for our arrival which was a really sweet touch

We spent three days at this lovely location, attending a graduation at Midway High School and visiting relatives. A storm had gone through Waco as we were approaching and the power went out. But our lovely hostess alerted us to the situation and then let us know as soon as the power was restored. The house was immaculate and entry was easy. Our hostess was available each day although we had no need of assistance. I certainly recommend this house to a family or small group staying together. We way well return to it!
