Rhiannon was wonderful at responding & has created a wonderful little oasis in the middle of Waco that is away from all of the magnolia crazy but close enough if you want to visit it isn't an hour drive!

We loved staying in this remodeled farmhouse. It is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. The location is convenient to all things Waco. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our family of five. The house is on a busy street, but that did not bother us at all. We will definitely stay here again.
