This house is well appointed, tasteful and comfortable with plenty of space for family meals - indoors and out on the deck as well as gathering around the pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to both the beach and the shops of Orchard Beach.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was like staying at a luxury hotel. It was spotless, with plenty of room for everyone, The extra living room with a big TV and huge sofa was great for the kids! The property was beautifully landscaped and the deck was open and inviting, with seating for everyone.The heated saltwater pool was wonderful!! The outdoor showers were luxurious!!This house comes with everything you need for a wonderful vacation at the beach. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, there are plenty of plates, drinkware, and serving platters. Name brand paper goods, hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, Tide, Cascade, zip lock plastic bags, spices, and olive oil are provided, along with empty cabinets to accommodate your groceries, empty dresser drawers, and empty closets for your stuff. Lovely NEW beach chairs and umbrellas, and a huge wagon for hauling your luggage. Loved the short walk to the beach, it’s only seven houses from the beach. The homeowners were friendly and attentive, they answered our emails/texts within minutes. Quiet, relaxing, perfect!If you are looking for a great house close to the beach you have found it. Looking forward to our next stay!!

The property has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ocean Beach. Maryann was super attentive and responsive to any questions we had; and made sure that we checked in and out with ease. The house was beautiful, clean, air conditioned, and stocked with all the necessities (both inside and outside!). The pool was heated, plenty of lounge space, more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach, and all the bikes for riding around. Our favorite was the ice machine! This was a great spot for a group of friends; but I plan on coming back with my family in the future. Can't recommend this house enough.
