About this house rental
This spacious 4 bedroom beach house is perfect for a family getaway. This house is centrally located on a quiet block between Ocean Beach Town (restaurants and shops) and the beach (1 block over from Seaview beach). Includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + outdoor shower and can accommodate up to 12 people COMFORTABLY. This house has a large outdoor deck, living/dining room combo, fully functioning kitchen and additional family room. The house is fully air conditioned and is 1900 square feet.
The pictures included are of the house prior to renovation, all work will be completed by May 2021.

The house was a perfect setup for our family. The family room and bedroom upstairs worked really well for my daughter, son in law and their 3 year old. The house provided toys for my grandson which kept him busy and happy. We really appreciated that. The outside deck was really nice and a good place to congregate.

This house was a great place to stay for a week in Ocean Beach. The location was perfect, situated equally between town and the beach. The host was very responsive before our stay and throughout the week and the house itself was in great condition and very comfortable.

Great location, very clean and recently re-done house. Grilled and ate at home several nights, easy walk to beach. I liked that we could easily enjoy Seaview and Ocean Beach. Four kids, four adults, everyone enjoyed it. So much baby stuff which was really helpful for us.
Owners were great, very responsive by text.
Planning to come back next summer.
