About this house rental
Welcome to So Coastal! This is a beautifully decorated, family and pet friendly 700 sqft home. Enjoy our amazing weather in out screened in living area with lots of seating and a tv. We are centrally located and mins to Sanibel Island. We have the beach supplies and basic necessities to have a worry-free short-term vacation stay including a full-size laundry room! Take a walk along the beach and see an amazing sunset that is 1.2 miles away!

Cottage Point is a quaint and quiet little neighborhood VERY close to the Sanibel Causeway and the Causeway to Fort Myers Beach. The neighborhood and the islands have done a LOT of rebuilding since Hurricane Ian.
Car transportation is the best option to get around.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at So Coastal. The location is only minutes away from Sanibel Island . The home was decorated so beautifully and the vibe was so relaxing. We sat out for hours on the screened in porch area reading. The neighborhood was very quiet. Shawn was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Great experience!

The location is where we wanted to be as we were visiting relatives at Shell Point. The property was a much better value than staying at a hotel, and it provided more amenities like a home. There is a workout vicinity close by with day / week passes for visitors which was a plus. We didn't bring our pets this trip, but it is nice to know they are welcome.
