Wanted a close condo to sanibel, this is literally minutes away. Beautiful neighborhood, EXCELLENT bird watching from the Lanai - an unexpected benefit. Friendly, responsive host (had a maintenance issue that was solved immediately), super friendly neighbors were not expected but appreciated. Condo was clean, kitchen very well stocked, we would stay here again.

So the place was nice considering it was post hurricane Ian. It appeared to be in a reno process to some extent, but it was a nice place and to be expected. The neighborhood was very quite and very little traffic. It’s proximity to either Sanibel or Fort Myers beach was great!!
The negatives very few. It appeared unorganized as far as placement of dishes, towels, pot holders etc. I could not find any dish towels or cloths the first day or so. I finally found them buried in a stack of bath towels in the master closet. There were no wash clothes in either bath, no baking sheets, and no dust pan. I usually sweep the sand up steadily throughout our stays. The dishwasher was not working, but I’m capable of washing dishes. There was a leak from upstairs while we were there, but the owner was on it immediately. Nothing that ruined our relaxation.
Would I stay again? Absolutely! Those were all things I could work around.
Michelle was a pleasure to plan with and was flexible for us as we added an extra day on the front end. If we plan to visit our son again, we will definitely reach out to her. We had a fabulous time!
