To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

VRBO listing was very misleading. The building is old with lots of areas in need of repair, repaint and updating. Broken windows, paint chipping everywhere. Lots of grime. In addition to some regular luggage carriers you find in all hotels this place is also using shopping carts (like walmart shopping carts) for guests to transport luggage, etc to rooms lol. The room is dated. Some new items like floors and washer/dryer but a little like putting lipstick on a pig. Cleanliness was so-so at best. Gross stuff on the kitchen cabinets and fridge was not good and clean. Deck furniture was dirty. Bed comforter was suspect. Did not look clean (as in hair from body parts you don't want hair falling out of.....) but smelled as though it had been hit with some Febreze maybe. Sleeping for the week was an uneasy feat to say the least! Elevators were slow and dirty. Some staff were friendly. Some were checked out. 27 fee to park in the lot associated with the same hotel you just rented for the week is absurd. Never in my life have I had to pay to park in front of my rental!! Overflow parking....maybe. Not mentioned in the original listing. Overall the building is dilapidated in A LOT of areas. The rental unit is not exactly as advertised. The positives....the pools are nice and appeared clean (we stuck to the ocean) and the view from the balcony is superb. We stayed on the beach all day, every day as we usually do and in this case it worked out fine. Would not rent this unit again.
