The Summit is hands down my favorite place to stay in Panama City beach. The grounds have everything you really need, and the property is very secure. This room was a very good room to stay in. I have been several times to this property, and would definitely choose this room again.

A lot of things need updating/ remodeling, but it was a good stay. Room was clean and enjoyed ourselves.

Nice complex and great location. The condo definitely needs some updated furnishings and more thorough housekeeping. The couches were worn out. There was lots of sand in the condo when we arrived and the floors were dirty. The beds were not made completely and the dishwasher had not been unloaded. The tables had not been wiped off either. The tub needed a better non slip mat.
