Summit features 2-swimming pools (1 heated), 2 kiddie pools, poolside tiki bar, On-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet skis & waverunners... all right on site.

Beach view is great. We love the heated pool. The summit keeps the property clean. Binkini Bob's is the best! Michael the owner of this unit is very quick to respond and very nice! The king size mattress is very comfortable!

The condo was nice. However the furniture is very outdated. The head board in the master bedroom was very loose. The lamp in the master bedroom was broken. When we stripped the bedsheets before we left, we noticed that the mattress was disgusting. In my opinion. It needs a new mattress. The floors had sand on them and needed to be swept and mopped. When we walked in the front door there was an odor, however when we turned the air down it did dissipate quite a bit.
