There was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was a construction site and I do not recommend young guest until the replacement of the balcony railings are completed. There are sufficient dishes and cooking pans for a large group. The cleanliness was adequate but could have been improved based on the price charged for housekeeping. The amenities were wonderful. The common areas were very well maintained. The condo does need updating in the future. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We were uninformed that our balcony would be completely unavailable for use and that there would construction that woke us up every morning. Despite our inconvenience the host worked with us to add an extra night for a cheaper rate. This was a great place to stay on the beach with onsite food options and lots close by. Still good value overall

Summit Condo did not have the same rules referring to amount of people allowed to stay in the rooms. Beware of Summits rules and make sure they align with your Vrbo reservations. Summit was very rude and not considerate in any aspects of this trip.
