Newly remodeled Corner beachfront unit and it has been freshly painted, new bedding, dishes, couches and much more. Its a wonderful beach front corner unit ready to host your best vacation. At the Summit you have lots to do including work out room, Restaurant, Hot tubs, Heated Pool, Childrens Pool, Playground and so much more all while you enjoy a corner beachfront unit with wrap around balcony. Great view. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to sleep. There was a broken drawer in one of the bathrooms but that didn’t hinder anything. The condo was cute and comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was beer bottle lids and random items under our beds along with tons of dust clusters and dirt/trash. The kitchen cabinets had large clumps of dust all over them to the point if you opened them too quickly it all fell onto the stove and counters. I had to contact the owner with a question and she responded promptly and seemed to be very friendly! Aside from cleanliness I was happy with our stay.

Definitely would not stay here again! $27 to park after the owner told me $20. Room smelled like mildew, Was not cleaned good. Mirrors were dirty, curtains and bed were stained, old food in cabinets, refrigerator and stove were not cleaned.
