The apartment is located on the ground floor in a condominium with a swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic view of Tavolara Island. The outdoor spaces are the highlight of the property: in fact, it boasts a patio furnished with sofas, a sitting area and a dining table. Furnished in a maritime style in shades of blue, the apartment includes a living area complete with a sofa, a television and a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed, the second with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



During their stay, guests will enjoy air conditioning, a washing machine, and heat pump heating.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Also known as "La Playa", Pittulongu is the favorite beach of the locals. This large crescent of sand, very popular with windsurfers and snorkelers, is characterized by a fine white sand, crystal clear waters and a shallow seabed, perfect for families with children. It also boasts an amazing view of the island of Tavolara, which you can enjoy from the bars and restaurants on the beach.

The area of Pittulongu offers different types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and it is a perfect location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Spiaggia di Bados, Spiaggia del Pellicano beach, Cala Banana, Spiaggia Bianca and Le Saline.

Finally, you can’t miss the traditional food and wine in the many bars and restaurants and during the festivals. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.



The airport is 5 minutes drive away from the apartment, while the port of Olbia is 12 minutes.
