It was clean and modern, the pool and gardens were attractive and well maintained. The lady who checked us in was excellent. The beds very very comfortable and the air conditioning always seemed to be at just the right temperature (other places we have stayed it’s always freezing whatever setting you have it on!).

We would have liked a few more items provided to make our stay more comfortable such as washing up liquid, a washing up brush, and something we could sweep the floors with.

We love how the property is maintained around, it’s very neatly arranged and all the plants are in perfect condition.

We like everything.

Outrageous customer service!!! Although the property itself is nice, it is way overpriced! There is a €250 deposit payable upon arrival, which would be absolutely fine if the commitment to return it following a satisfactory inspection was actually honoured. I have been trying to contact the property’s customer service for weeks, but nobody responds! We left the property not only in the same condition we found it, but also clean. I have now had to escalate the matter through Booking.com, who have taken over the case. In my experience, staying at this property is simply not worth the stress you have to go through afterwards. I would advise anyone considering booking it to stay away. Based on the way our deposit has been handled and the complete lack of communication, I found the conduct of the management of this property very dishonest and the customer service extremely poor. Simply dishonest and incompetent. There is also charge of €200 for cleaning which is normally covered by the booking.com (at least in my case as special offer) which is ridiculous amount. Guests are also pressured to ensure that the rubbish is sorted and disposed of correctly throughout the stay and before departure. This feels unreasonable, especially given the additional cleaning fee and how pricy is the accommodation. And you only finding this out upon checking in!! For someone who would like to have a relaxing time and not to worry about things like sorting rubbish not worth the hassle!
