Schön Lage und schöne Unterkunft
Sonnenschirm außen müsste ersetzt werden.
Auch 2 Stühle von der Terrasse ersetzt werden.

Great flat and friendly hosts. Definitely great value.
Only minor details.
Parking was in the street, still easy and in front of the apartment.
We did not try the pool. We managed to find it, but the instructions were not very clear.
One of us 5 did not find the bed comfortable.

Location was good. The view to the sea was lovely. Air conditioning was a real bonus in very hot weather. Good walk to the beach and nearest shop, restaurants . The local bus was fab, 2 return to Olbia
The property was much smaller than the pictures. The showers were really tight to get in and out of. The pool is a 5 minute walk away and there are only a few sunbeds. There were a few issues during our stay which were resolved very quickly and promptly by the agency which was great. Taxis are really expensive and hard to get - would recommend hiring a car
