The entrance of the house opens onto the living room composed of sofa, television and dining table, in the same environment is presented the open kitchen equipped with oven. From this environment you can access the outdoor space where there is a patio and outdoor sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower stall completes the layout of the house.
Amenities such as air conditioning, iron and washing machine are available to guests.
*The shared swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15. Use of a swimming cap may be required. Available at specific times: in June and September it is open only in the afternoons from 3 to 6 p.m., in July and August it is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. On Mondays it is closed.
*Guests can use covered parking inside the property.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
