About this house rental

Brand-new, bright home with two separate entrances, Wi-Fi, and a 250-square-meter garden. The home is located 450 meters from the sea. Suitable for both work and vacation stays. Free parking is always available. Strategically located 7 minutes from the port of Olbia and Golfo Aranci, and 10 minutes from the airport.
We’re renting a vacation home located in the extraordinary seaside village of Pittulongu, just 7 km from Olbia.
Wonderful beaches with fine white sand are just a few minutes’ walk away, nearby. There’s a restaurant and a small supermarket nearby.
The house (66 sq.m) features a veranda (20 sq.m) and a garden (250 sq.m) and can comfortably accommodate five people.
Ideal both for a relaxing beach vacation and as a base for exploring the surrounding attractions. For a day trip, Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci, and Porto Rotondo are all easily accessible by car.
