Patty's House Stunning Sea View in Pittulongu and Holiday Comforts!

It is a delightful and very quiet house with a beautiful covered terrace from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the sea, the island of Tavolara and the wonderful gulf of Olbia. Here you can spend a peaceful holiday in wonderful Sardinia and in Pittulongu in particular, calmly enjoying this unique and relaxing space.
The house consists of a large living room with dining area with sea view, a kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (both bedrooms have sea views). The house is supplied complete with crockery, plates, glasses and linen for the beds and bathrooms. The living room leads to a large terrace covered by a wooden roof of approximately 12 m2, from which it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Tavolara, symbol of Olbia. It is possible to eat outdoors on the covered terrace. The apartment has a reserved parking space, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, iron, heating, hot/cold air conditioning ducted in all rooms of the house and satellite TV. The house is located 5 km from Olbia and the port, 9 km from the airport, 12 km from Golfo Aranci and a few minutes from Porto Rotondo, 30 minutes from Porto Cervo and San Teodoro. Within 1 km of the house there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, a bakery and a hairdresser. The closest beach is located about 700 meters from the house and is Spiaggia del Pellicano.
As mentioned above, guests will be able to take advantage of an outdoor parking area reserved for the property.
Upon arrival, payment of a tourist tax will be required according to the local regulations of the Municipality of Olbia.

The most famous beach in the area is "La Playa" known as the Pittulongu beach which is the favorite beach of the Olbia people. It is located about 1 km from the house and is very popular with windsurfing and snorkelling enthusiasts. The beach is characterized by very fine white sand, crystal clear waters and shallow waters perfect for families with children. It also has a splendid view of the island of Tavolara, which can be enjoyed from the bars and restaurants on the beach.
The Pittulongu area offers different types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and is a perfect location for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby there is Bados beach, Pellicano beach, Cala Banana, Nodu Pianu, Mare e Rocce and Squalo beaches.
Those who come to our area must absolutely try the traditional food and wine, in the numerous restaurants in the area and during the festivals organized during the summer season. Pork and kid with myrtle and Gallura soup for a land dinner; sea ​​urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try fish from the Gulf of Olbia. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to conclude a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle.
