About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat in Saint-André for rent; it measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests.
The flat is on the 1st floor (no lift). All the rooms are on the same floor.

- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 3 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-André, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
- By car: you can park directly in the shared private car park (unnumbered spaces).
- Nearest railway station: Argelès-Sur-Mer SNCF station, 11 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, 31 minutes’ drive away.
Activities:
- Beaches 10 km away with a full range of water sports
- Cycling trips starting from the cycle path in the village, heading towards the sea or Le Boulou.
- Hiking from the village and neighbouring villages in the Albères Massif.
- Village on the Romanesque Route with its Romanesque church.
- Explore Romanesque art in all the neighbouring villages (cloisters, churches, etc.)
