The owner Joseph is very friendly and I would give the flat an overall score of 6/10.
Aspects that were not evident in the online marketing information, to me at least, was the fact the entrance is via a garage door and that we had to carry luggage down a few flights of stairs to gain access to the apartment.
I am not a fan of induction hobs, this should be made clear online for all of your properties as out of preference I would not choose to rent a property with an induction hob plus, I could not find instructions in the flat.
The sofa in the flat, in our view, needs a good clean. We did not use it the entire visit.
The shower curtain needs to be replaced.
WI-FI in the area was not great, somedays getting phone to connect was not easy. Thankfully roaming charges have been waived for UK mobile phone users so this was not a major issue.
