Charming little house in a quiet, secluded location with excellent sun exposure, situated in a complex with a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and private parking space. Outside, you will have a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; as well as access to the utility room including a washing machine, a fridge-freezer (extra charge) and 2 sun loungers. You will have access to the estate's swimming pool from June 15th to September 15th, as well as to the tennis courts all year round. Swimming pool access wristbands will be provided upon your arrival. Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, the village of Sorède will charm you with its Catalan authenticity and is an excellent base for all the tourist activities in the region: hiking in the Albères Massif, visiting the Valley of the Turtles, the Lavail Gorges, the thermal baths of Le Boulou, the casino... and has all the necessary services: bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, bank, tourist office Post. On the Mediterranean side, the beaches of Argelès are 9 kilometers away, the magnificent village of Collioure is 14 kilometers away, and Spain is only 20 kilometers away.
