The property offers a single, comfortable, bioclimatic two-room gîte with fiber optic internet and air conditioning. You'll enjoy a private, enclosed 1,000 m² garden within a certified 5,000 m² ecological park and its botanical discovery trail, featuring a Mediterranean garden, riverside, and over 200 plant species.
Ideally located close to the sea, Collioure, and shops, with direct access to the greenway, the gîte has a bicycle shelter attached to the property.
Rated 3 stars, the gîte is suitable for 1 to 3 people. Very well-equipped, you will have a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom and washing machine, a living room/kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, 60cm hob, large electric oven, microwave, electric barbecue, 200L fridge-freezer, 80cm flat-screen TV (with streaming services/international channels available), DVD player, and a sofa bed.
You will have access to two garden furniture sets with two deckchairs and parasols.
For parking, a shaded space is reserved for you in a private outdoor parking lot (free).

The cottage is open year-round. Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.
TERMS:
- RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
- Reservation deposit: 25%
- Remaining balance on the day of your arrival.
- Deposit: deposit of 200 euros on the day of your arrival
ACCOMODATION CAPACITY: 1 to 3 PEOPLE MAXIMUM
HOLIDAY VOUCHERS NOT ACCEPTED
- Pets possible (request confirmation in advance): no additional costs
ON REQUEST, AND TO BE AGREED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, ARE ALSO OFFERED TO YOU:
- rental of sheets (1 fitted sheet, 1 sheet, pillowcases): €14 per bed, at each renewal
- rental of bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel, 1 glove): €7 / person, at each renewal,
- rental of household linen (1 tea towel + 1 hand towel + 2 table napkins): €7, at each renewal
- provision of cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, household cleaner, floor cleaner, 1 sponge, detergent): €7 per week.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request. Baby sheets are not available. End-of-stay cleaning fee if desired: 50 euros

Location très bien située et pour visiter. Cependant on passerait volontiers ses journées entre les deux terrasses à profiter de la nature environnante, des chants des oiseaux et des parfums.
L’hôte est très discret mais sait se montrer chaleureux et partager l’amour de sa région et des plantes.
Notre chien a été aussi le bienvenu dans ce petit paradis.

Logement fonctionnel très bien situé pour éviter la foule ; propriétaire Très gentil ; plein de bons conseils pour découvrir sa région
Très jolie région, magnifiques plages et petites escapades en Espagne
Quelques promenades d'une journée à ne pas manquer : ; le Musée Dali à Figueras ; le littoral d' Angeles jusqu'à Cerbère ;la visite des grenats catalans à Prades, les orgues de l'Ille sur tet
On ne peut être déçu d'un tel lieu de vacances.
