NEW HOT TUB! Welcome to 99 Teo, a beautiful single-family home located in Crested Butte South, just six miles from downtown Crested Butte. This charming house offers convenience and comfort, with a prime location within walking distance to the bus stop, Tully's, Red Mountain Liquor Store, The Wooden Spoon, and Camp 4 Coffee.
With three bedrooms and a loft, this spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy the abundance of natural light that fills the cozy living spaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large kitchen features updated appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
The first floor features a living room, kitchen, laundry area, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full on the bottom, as well as a trundle. Upstairs you will find the loft that is also a great place for the kids to hangout and play games or watch some movies. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the home. Garage access is available for one car. Entertainment is never a problem with three TVs equipped with streaming services, ensuring that everyone can find something to watch. Step outside and discover the large backyard, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. Families will appreciate the games and toys available for children, ensuring that everyone has a memorable stay.

This was a great spot! There’s a brewery and two restaurants a block away and only a short drive to CB downtown (10 minutes). We had a lovely time with our small group of 6.

This property and the whole CB south neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. We would certainly stay here again.
The house is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you’d need for a family vacation or just a relaxing get away. Lots of towels and blankets. The kitchen is nicely renovated. My only ask would be a full size coffee maker. We did not use the new hot tub. The back patio is a nice place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
The two critiques I have do not change the enjoyment of the home- The front door sticks and you have to put your shoulder into it and the bathroom counters and toilets are for much shorter people (although at 5’5” I am not tall).
Overall, this home offers a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Loved our stay. About 5 minute walk to the RTA bus station which was great to get to and from Crested Butte Ski Area. Also, nice having a few stores in the area. Would stay here again!

We are very pleased with what all the property offered and the layout of the house. They've done a great job setting this up for multiple families to have a fun place for their kids and enjoy ski trip
