The breathtaking views, facilities and the peaceful environment. Receptionist/host was always available via whatsapp for any concerns/enquiries. Shuttle services available to take you down to the main part of Kamala and then back as it is not walking distance.
Unfortunately being right on top of the hill, all tuk Tuks can not make it to the top so you are left to walk halfway up. We also had a couple situations where vans couldn't make it up as well. Best bet is scooters or cars to get you up to your room. We did have 1 day with no water as well but I guess we were just unlucky.
