Loved this property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing was that due to being on the hill, some bolt drivers didn't want to go up the hill as the roads were very narrow. This just made the late night outing to minimum. Other than that, no issues with the property.

Excellent property in a Kamala Beach area... overall, I would give 4.5 stars.
Property was clean/new with good appliances, etc.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
It would be a definite 5 stars if it were located in more convenient place.
Location: far up on the hill, and you'd need your own transportation to go anyway. Nothing is within a walking distance, unless you want to "hike" a long and steep hills.
Yet, no view of the ocean with trees blocking the view.
Though located in a secluded area, guests from the next property could look through us around the swimming pool area.
If you have your own transportation and are looking for a quiet and modern property, this definitely is a place to stay, and it will certainly be a place to consider in our next Phuket trip in 2 months time.

Except it is high on the mountain with some steep roads, everything is excellent
