I would never suggest staying here because of the location.choose a more mobile location like the grand valley instead.

It’s in a very deserted area …. Very uphill. No cab comes to drop outside the villa. You will be stranded and dependent only on the property shuttle which shuts at 9pm.

Paradise in thee most beautiful villa!

The villa was spotless and moder.Light and bright and very airy. Very comfy bed. The staff so friendly with a little i pad for any requests we had. The transport to and from Kamal was great and the views from the apartment were amazing. We honestly had the best stay there and couldn't have asked for a better villa

It in no way spoiled the holiday, but just be aware the villa is set on an extremely steep hill and some taxis/tuk tuk either struggle or cant get all the way up the hill to the villa. I would still return again in a heart beat.....

The best luxury villa for the entire family

Excellent view, big pool, rooms are all big and has its own bathroom. Pool table makes it enjoyable for the whole family to chillax in the villa. Free shuttle service makes it very accessible to supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything. The location was excellent in the hills behind Kamala, cooler than the beach and a nice breeze, shuttle to beach or supermarket excellent (9am to 9pm), villa (Terraces 2.2) was fabulous, modern, comfortable and clean with a fantastic pool, great indoor and outdoor seating areas and everything in the shade until midday when the sun came over, and lastly the staff, an excellent service from reception to cleaners, gardeners, shuttle driver, security and the pool guy. Reception always on hand via whatsapp 24/7 to book taxis, trips and the shuttle, just fantastic.

Amazing home away from home

The villa was spacious and beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The pool is quite large. Was very comfortable for groups and also for days where we didn’t want to go out The free shuttle during the day was very handy

More signage to direct to the villas as many taxis couldn’t locate it, especially at night or through the grab app. The dining chairs are a bit of a trip hazard

There were ample rooms and chairs/sitting areas for everyone. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was very responsive via WhatsApp and helpful.

kitchen counter/sink area is abit too small. dining table chair design is not the best, most of us tripped several times as the chair legs stick out behind!

Very good

The villa is located in Kamala and is far from the main area at Patong. However, the views are essentially what you pay for as it is located along the hillside. The staff and owner at Himmapanas were the biggest selling point. They were attentive and accommodated to most of our requests. Definitely a lovely experience for those who want to experience tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.

Food we ordered from the room service could have been better. Food can’t be kept outside for long as there are a lot of ants. Views were partially blocked due to a high fence.

Fantastic stay! Hardly left the villa after checking in

Beautiful villa and pool, very clean, each room comes with smart TV & Netflix, free shuttle to Kamala beach & surrounding areas, lovely little 3-legged cat called Curry that stays at the villa and kept us company :D

Free shuttle ended at 6 or 7pm. Would be better if it ended around 10pm so we could return after dinner.
