4BR Entertainment Villa Stan - Pool, Gym, Sauna & Jacuzzi

Very big, taken care of everyday by a maid, laundry done by the maid, the pool is nice and the gate infront to feel safe at night. The play room upstairs was also very enjoyable with the gym, pool table and the spa room.

Some of the rooms smelled a bit bad and the living room can use another sofa for groups of 4+. And the location was sometimes confusing for bolt/grab drivers.

Prachtige ruime villa. Enorm ruim opgezet. Villa wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt en Ee is er om het je naar je zin te maken. Zo lief en als je wilt doet zij iedere dag de was en krijg je super gestreken weer retour. Ze maakt ook je ontbijtje als je wilt. Nog nooit meegemaakt wat een service.

Weinig buiten ruimte rondom het zwembad

Very good accommodation for a family or group. The accommodation is advertised as 4 bedrooms but there are actually 5. All rooms have large ensuite bathrooms. The thing that made it for us was the top floor with pool table, bar, sound system, jacuzzi and steam room as the weather was not very good when we were there. The owner employs a maid who works 6 days per week and did clothes washing for us. All bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen is well fitted and the living and dining areas are spacious. We had our own transport so the location was not an issue. The management company communication is very good and sets up a WhatsApp group that works well.

The villa needs some maintenance but this didn't detract from it being good accommodation. The address is not correct when using Google maps. The former name of Terra Villa Kamala gives the correct location.

Whole house. Lots of space. Friendly staff. Villa is ok if you go out a lot. But not if you want to stay and chill at home.

8 cents per kilowatt hour which is double the actual electricity cost. Villa Stan is actually called Terra Villa (not sure why the use of 2 names) Pool is super tiny with no nice seating area at the pool, no deck chairs. Pool lights and water feature not working, was not shown to us how to turn on. Not enough Aircons in living room and upstairs in recreational area (top floor). Very hot, can not use top floor, even in evening. Half gym equipment not working. No water (except some few bottles in fridge) provided. No blender in kitchen. House is at end of the road, need taxis to get to most cafe/restaurant.
