Super spacious, on a quiet street with amazing views of a church tower from the kitchen. There’s a smart tv and nice retro furnishings. They were very kind to have a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates waiting for us, was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfortable.
The entry way smelled of smoke - not their fault obviously and managed to air it out. Aside from

- alles fußläufig zu erreichen - Preislich sehr gut - alles da was man so benötigt
- Dusche etwas eng - für Raucher nicht geeignet, da kein Balkon oder Garten vorhanden (musste immer runter vor die Tür laufen)

Alles da, was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe per Safe. Einrichtung ist teils alt aber gemütlich. Bad und Küchenzeile neu. Heizung/Warmwasser funktioniert Sehr nettes Willkommen (S. Fotos) Altbauwohnung 2. Stock, altersentsprechend, ruhige Seitenstraße. Bushaltestelle Goethestr ca 400m entfernt. Preis/Leistung top
Gegend etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung selber versorgt
Die Steh-Lampe im Wohnzimmer ging nicht. Der Fernseher hatte nur wenige Programme, kein NDR, ARD, ZDF Die Duschkabine war sehr eng. Das Kopfkissen hat mir nicht gefallen, es war zu dick.
