Super spacious, on a quiet street with amazing views of a church tower from the kitchen. There’s a smart tv and nice retro furnishings. They were very kind to have a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates waiting for us, was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfortable.
The entry way smelled of smoke - not their fault obviously and managed to air it out. Aside from

- für Raucher nicht geeignet, da kein Balkon oder Garten vorhanden (musste immer runter vor die Tür laufen)

Einrichtung ist teils alt aber gemütlich.
Bad und Küchenzeile neu.
Heizung/Warmwasser funktioniert

Altbauwohnung 2. Stock, altersentsprechend, ruhige Seitenstraße.
Bushaltestelle Goethestr ca 400m entfernt.

Gegend etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Soweit ok, Dusche und Küche sind sehr geräumig und relativ neu , glaube ich.
Großer TV , war aber nicht angeschlossen, keine TV -Dose noch Kabel vorhanden , sehr merkwürdig, das Zimmer wurde deshalb nicht benutzt.
