The flat was very modern and comfortable. We liked the windows, the big TV, and the pool and gym.
It's very loud due to the nearby open-air bar (Lote). It's fine once the bar shuts at about 11pm.
Also, entering the building is a pain, you need to give your name and apartment number to the receptionist every time, and they only speak Portuguese.

Tout. Le logement était très cocooning tout droit sorti d’un magasine ikea. On s’y sent comme chez soi. L’immeuble est très sécurisé. La piscine sur le toit est un petit plus très agréable.
La communication avec l’agence a été un peu chaotique au début du séjour, mais s’est amélioré par ma suite.
Petit bémol car nous n’avions pas de balcon comme initialement prévu.

O apartamento é ótimo, bem arrumadinho
Simplesmente fica em uma rua com vários bares que tocam música alta até tarde da noite, uma barulheira sem fim nos finais de semana.
Esqueceram de incluir sabonete líquido no box do banheiro e atrasou 1h o checkin por um problema com a camareira e demoraram um pouco para responder.
