Location is great, bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The place was clean and the price was fair. Communication with the host was also a highlight.
The place is raw, no ambiance, the fridge is a bit noisy but you can unplug it. I missed details like a bed light and some warmth.

The apartment is centrally located and modern, but renovation work is still ongoing, so there was quite a lot of dust.
Communication with the responsible person was very difficult. She repeatedly ignored messages so i had to write several times both on WhatsApp (provided at check-in) and via email through Booking.
Additionally, any personal items left behind are discarded of, even if you report them just a few hours later.
