Tudo perfeito, localização, o apto muito bem conservado e limpo. Parabéns. Ar condicionado em perfeito funcionamento, iluminação, muito boa e as facilidades da cozinha também. Toalhas perfeitas bem confortáveis e cheirosas. Serviço de assistência foi legal.
Faltou um pano na cozinha para enxugar as mãos. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores, mais confortáveis, precisei de 3 para dormir e mesmo assim não foi confortável. Infelizmente o micro-ondas não estava ligando, foi preciso que fosse feito um reparo para que funcionasse, demorou um pouco mas fui atendido pelo anfitrião. Eu não havia notado a necessidade do caução de R$1.000,00, não notei no anuncio essa exigência. Já fiquei em muitos outros locais e não foi preciso o caução!!!
