Die Lage im Viertel ist gut, viele Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittel sind gut zu erreichen.
Sie ist ein bisschen dunkel, hat wenig Tageslicht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend für kleinere Kochaktivitäten.

The second time I used the studio, and I really liket it. The space, the facilities, the location, all fits perfectly into my needs.
First time I was there as during winter time, so it was nice and cozzy, this time during summer I felt a bit warm, despite the availability of a fan. Maybe a airconditioning would be perfect for the place.
