The apartment is very comfortable and the reception personnel is super helpful and nice. The location is also very convenient, metro is 3 blocks away, and there is a 10' walk to Beco do Batman. Inside the condo there's a gym, pool and also a small shop that has everything needed to go by if you forgot to buy something at the supermarket.
The apartment could use some more care on the details. The towels and duvet had stains, even though they were clean. There was no shampoo and there was only one started roll of toilet paper. Considering that I stayed 6 days, it was a bit too little. It would also be useful to leave a dustpan and broom, so guests that stay a bit longer, as I did, can clean the room.

Modern apartment
Don’t drink the water from the sink. Even if the landlord tell you to do it because of the filter, this one doesn’t work at all. I’ve been sick for a week.
