We loved our stay at Cartea Apartments. The flat was homely and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for a great

Will try a different place next time.

It was real close to grocery stores and restaurants. Several to choose from. Shower was big water pressure was good and drained good. Shower doors did not seal good but didn’t make much of a mess. Kitchen was sufficient and well equipped. Mattress was good. Bus stop was right there. Plenty of bathroom towels .

Train/metro tram was a 15-20 minute walk. 2 Barstool type chairs were awkward to sit on. Only 1 trash container for the inside. Blanket/sheet/comforter for the queen size bed was too small, meant for a double bed. When I brought the issue up with management they said they would try to replace it or just add the twin size one that was on an air mattress that was there in the apartment. Also asked for an extra trash container for the bathroom but was denied. Bigger bed sheet comforter never arrived. When we arrived at the property we were having trouble getting in. Person who answered the phone had no knowledge on how to help and location of apartment in the building was not immediately known. Didn’t like that every time email and password had to be entered on cellphone to gain entry. Washer and dryer were shared with the other 50 apartments and were always in use.

If heating system was working properly, at least during 3 day stay they must replace the faulty floor heater.

Near to supermarket, bus station and close to Airport also.

Central heating system was really bad. Rooms were cold on the top of that floor standing heater provided in the room was not working. Even after multiple complaints nothing happened.

There were only two Electrical outlets in the apartment for our german plugs, which both were not even working. As a result we could not use our electric devices. That was very sad

The apartment is great, and offers the basics you need for a few days stay.

Lacks the human touch. Finding the right building, then finding the flat was a bit challenging. All is on the phone app (unlocking the front door, getting the code etc), so if you're out of battery or without internet (which when you're a foreigner can be), you're dead!!

It was a clean property. Near to the Airport.

Too noisy because of the proximity to the airport. Poor customer service, no dental kits were provided and when contacted, no one answered. I left my water sipper by mistake and check-out. No customer care was available to listen to our request.

They did not respond to my two messages via Booking.com, nor to a contact attempt made by Booking.com on my behalf, and they also ignored my three phone calls. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I will not have anything to do with them myself."

Très bel appartement, confortable et bien équipé. Confort du couchage irréprochable. Les aménagements de la salle de bain sont également très appréciables. Et la petite attention des hôtes, qui ont mis des boissons, café (et sucreries ^^) à disposition est aussi un joli plus. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé la présence d’un balcon.

Дуже гарна ідея з онлайн ключами на жаль в мене ця система не спрацювала взагалі. Контактний номер, зазначений у бронюванні, був недоступний; номердля зв'язку у WhatsUp теж недоступний. Якщо б не допомогла представниця кллінінгу, навіть не знаю як би потрапила до кімнати. У самій кімнаті сторінка з онлайн ключами відкрилась, по виходу з кімнати знову стала недоступною. Тому якийсь план Б на випадок навіть відсутності інтернету варто продумати.

Balkon sah man am Morgen wie die Flieger kamen .Nur 2 Stationen mit Bus zur Unterkunft.5Min von Bushaltestell entfernt.3Min zum Denner.etwa 5Min entfernt ist ein Restaurant. Schlüssel zum Öffnen mit Handy genial vorallem wenn man spät Abends oder früh morgens ankommt.

Modern und zentral, aber bei Sauberkeit, Internet und Komfort ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

Das Apartment punktet mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bot ausreichend frische Handtücher sowie zwei Bademäntel, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Balkon mit Pergola und bequemen Möbeln, der sich wunderbar zum Entspannen eignet. Die offene Küche war funktional eingerichtet und verfügte über alle wichtigen Utensilien, einschließlich Kühlschrank und separatem Tiefkühlfach. Gewürze waren nicht vorhanden, aber das war für uns kein großes Problem. Der digitale Checkin funktionierte problemlos und machte die Anreise einfach. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass der Haustürschlüssel als Chip direkt im Apartment lag. So musste man während des Aufenthalts nicht jedes Mal das digitale Tool nutzen, sondern konnte ganz bequem mit dem Chip ins Gebäude und Apartment gelangen. Auch das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Aufzug und eine Gegensprechanlage, über die man beispielsweise Lieferdiensten unkompliziert die Tür öffnen kann. Die zentrale Lage war für mich ideal und gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden.

Leider entsprach das Apartment in einigen Punkten nicht den Erwartungen. Bereits bei Außentemperaturen um die 23/24 °C war es im obersten Stockwerk extrem heiß – ein einfacher Standventilator reichte bei Weitem nicht aus, um für ein angenehmes Raumklima zu sorgen. Zusätzlich war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Apartment wahrnehmbar, der sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts hielt. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt unzureichend. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verdeckt, an der Duschwand hatten sich deutlich sichtbare Ablagerungen gebildet. Der Spiegel war schmierig, der Kühlschrank wies eingetrocknete Flecken von vorherigen Lebensmitteln auf. In der Küche lag ein stark benutzter Spülschwamm mit noch haftenden Essensresten. Die Wände und Küchenschränke waren mit Fettflecken übersät und die Fenster- und Türgriffe verschmiert. Auf dem Balkon stand zudem ein dreckiger Aschenbecher vom Vormieter. Das Sofa war mit Flecken und sogar Brandlöchern versehen. Das Bett war lediglich mit einem extrem dünnen Laken bezogen, durch das das Matratzenlogo deutlich sichtbar war. Hier wäre definitiv ein Unterlaken angebracht gewesen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das WLAN: Die Internetverbindung war während des gesamten Aufenthalts extrem instabil und langsam. Wer „Homeoffice“ machen möchte oder schlichtweg auf eine zuverlässige Verbindung angewiesen ist – etwa für den digitalen Check-in – sollte besser auf eine eigene mobile Datenverbindung zurückgreifen. Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Reinigung sehr oberflächlich durchgeführt wurde. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt ließe sich aus dem Apartment deutlich mehr herausholen.

Schönes smartes modernes sauberes Appartement, geeignet für ein paar Tage Geschäftsreise, Lage: gut erreichbar, Nahe dem Flughafen, ausreichende Parkplätze … Für Selbstversorger ist eine saubere Küche da. Und positive Überraschung: es gibt eine Schublade voll mit Handtüchern..

1. Wer den automatischen Check-In noch nie gemacht hat, oder nicht technikaffin ist, oder dessen Handy gerade leer ist, oder wer dringend auf Toilette muß, der hat „ver k a c k t ! - Spaß am Rande: Hilfreich wäre ein Notruf ähnlich wie bei einem Aufzug oder einer Tiefgarage, um unabhängig von eigenen Handy eine telefonische Fee zu erreichen. Denn gerade Gäste vom Ausland haben nach der Landung oft erstmal „Pech“ und keine Verbindung…. oder eben ein alternativer Login bei dem man sich die Daten vorher ausdrucken kann zur Sicherheit. Aaaaaaaber: trotz des Jammerns: es klappt!!! — 2. Die Dusche: da ist nur eine Überkopfdusche! — Und wer Angst vor der ersten "kalten Welle“ hat und zu groß zum Ausweichen ist, wird erstmal „kalt naß“….

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Schneller Zugang zum Flughafen . Die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt bequemer zu machen. Das Bett ist von guter Qualität. Alles ist sehr schön. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Ich hatte im Vorfeld ein paar Anliegen, alles wurde perfekt vorbereitet. Das Online Check In war einfach, ich konnte schon vorher einchecken. Ich übernachte oft in Apartments, dieses ist definitiv eines der besten in den ich je übernachtet habe. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team. Ich komme wieder.
