Spacious rooms with thoughtful layout. The 2 main bedrooms have safe box inside the wardrobe. Hairdryers, irons, toiletries and towels are provided for all 4 rooms. The unit we rent is on higher floor so has a great view. The reception staff was friendly and efficient.

1) Had a bit of problem finding the lobby entrance, even with the info provided by WhatsApp - we drove past the entrance twice and luckily got direction from the Security Guard of the neibouring block. Should put up signage BEFORE the corner to alert car driver. 2) No tea/coffee provided in the apartment, luckily we brought our own. 3) No enough seating in the living and dining area - we rented 4 bedroom units for 7 persons, there are only 4 chairs at the dining table, and 1 x 3 seater sofa in the living room, with 2 small pouffe stools meant for kids, not adults. 4) There is washing machine (which we did not use), but there's no drying rack for us to hang our wet swim suits!

The unit is super clean and quiet. Have very good sunlight and sunrise view. There are plenty of nice Penang street foods near the accommodation.

Why we had to pay Rm5.40 to use the swimming pool facilities. We are staying in the same building as guest too.

It was spotless. Parking was free and clearly demarcated. Hot and cold water dispenser. Strong shower pressure. Nice small touches to make it homely. Loved the washing/dryer machine. Great view at the top floor

There was the Android TV. However, would be extra nice to provide a subscription access to Netflix, Iqiyi for maximum binging.

Location Clean and spacious

Price wise a bit on the high side.
