The property was a home away from home! Lovely layout and accessories throughout. Lots of wood for braai and fireplace - came in handy on the rainy day. Spacious and sunny (weather permitting). Loved the sunroom with braai. Puzzles, games and books were also a special touch. Also great to see how kids were accommodated, which is fabulous for families with young children.

The place was far bigger than we had expected. The beds and day beds were incredibly comfortable. Whilst the building was fairly cold (mid-winter), all of the warming items one could possibly need were made available. Their little instruction booklet has all the answers we needed. The place has a huge private garden, which was closed off so we felt safe letting the little one explore independently. There is an indoor and outdoor alarm, not that we felt unsafe, but it definitely is reassuring. There is a garage, so we were able to park indoors. Whilst we didn't plan for it, the farm has various activities one could do without leaving the premises. It is very close to shops, wineries and kids activities. The place had absolutely everything we needed. From braai grid, firelighters, unlimited wood, lighters and matches to towels, swimming towels, olive oil, etc. My only negative is that I wish we'd booked to stay longer. I couldn't recommend it enough. Make that booking! x

Beautiful location with the view of the vineyards, spacious and lovely pool to enjoy. Close proximity to the wine farms, very quiet and safe, friendly hosts.
