Location, Dalebrook beach/pool, shops, restaurants, harbour all within an easy walk.
Well renovated, well appointed.
Beds comfortable.
Precise check in/out instructions.
No burglar alarm, in spite of having been told to the contrary.
Advertised as having heating, but only a fireplace with no firewood provided. We had to find and buy wood, after which we were very cosy!
No fault of the hosts but beggars were a constant worry, even peering in though windows, always waiting on the street to ask for money.
Shower leaked onto bathroom floor, leading to wet feet when using the toilet.
No off street parking. Not always available or easy on Windsor Road. Security a worry if parking some distance away on Main Road.

It was a bit chilly. Some wood and fire starters would have been great

The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the train station. It is neat and cosy, with everything one needs.
It would be great to have labels on the bathroom taps indicating which is the hot and which is the cold.

The location is amazing and the flat is beautifully decorated. Loved the fireplace which heats up the whole place.
There could be more lights in the lounge especially for reading.
