About this house rental
A luxury townhouse, setback in the very secure Majestic complex directly across from the beachfront with panoramic views of Kalk Bay harbor. The complex has a pool, sun loungers, a gym, and a spa, as well as secure underground parking. It is a 2-minute walk to Kalk Bay Main Road with a buzzing village vibe, a unique variety of restaurants, seafood, ice cream stores, quirky shops, and rock pools for swimming.
It is perfectly situated between two golf courses, Clovelly and West Lake, and a 30- to 60-minute drive to the winelands in either Constantia or Stellenbosch. Upstairs, there is a spacious main bedroom with a large patio enjoying views all the way to Simonstown, with comfortable chairs and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is an open-plan lounge, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Leading off the lounge is a large patio with a 6-seater table overlooking the swimming pool, spa, and gym area. Off the kitchen, there is a guest toilet and a courtyard with a Weber BBQ.

Great place, great location, great hosts. Very elegant townhouse which is just minutes walk away from lovely cafes/restaurants/local harbour and tidal pools options. The holiday village is quiet and beautifully presented and safe+contained environment with small kids. Added bonus to have a spa and communal swimming pool on your doorstep. Owners were very responsive and very friendly and helpful, with an easy checkin process and very tidy and beautifully presented house, with everything you need including full kitchen appliances and crockery etc. We stayed with two small kids under 2 and the hosts were very accommodating.

Well proportioned, very comfortably furnished and extremely well equipped in a whisper quiet location a short stroll from the vibrant main street with cafes and shops.
