Merkezi konumda olması, güler yüzlü olunması, odanın temiz ve herşeyin eksiksiz düşünülmüş olması, mekan ve otopark sıkıntısının olmaması, konforlu hijyen ve çiçek obje gibi hoş dekore edilmesi, günlük değil haftalık bile kalınacak kadar her detayın sağlanması.. en önemlisi balkonun olması:) bizi karşılayan arkadaşın samimi ve kendini güvende hissettiren ilgisi ve içtenlikleri.. teşekkürler, yeniden geleceğim :)

Sakin bir konumda denize ve merkeze oldukça yakın sadece 500 metre.
Su ısınması 20 dk sürüyor,ikinci duşa su kalmama riski var.Banyo çok dar.Odada yorgan yok battaniye var,herkesin temas ettiği bir ürüne siz de temas etmek durumunda kalıyorsunuz.

Апартаментът е подходящ единствено за кратък престой. Банята е изключително тясна. На терасата има простор, който е ръждясъл и маса, която отдавна е за смяна. На вратата към т.н.кухненски бокс липсва мрежа против комари. В кухнята липсват много уреди и посуда. Асансьорът е много шумен и заспиването е трудно.
