Gute Lage im Korea-Viertel. Zur Metro ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen. Das vierte Bett war ein Schlafsofa, Decke und Kopfkissen waren da, Bettlaken nicht.
Das Hotel war sehr schwer auffindbar, wir haben über eine Stunde gesucht. Das erste Problem ist, dass die Map in Booking.com falsch ist, das Hotel befindet sich ca. 300m von der in der Karte angegeben Position entfernt. Ausserdem ist der Name des Hotels nicht am Hotel in einer für Europäer lesbaren Schrift. Selbst wenn man 5 Meter davor steht, kann man nicht erkennen, wo der Eingang ist.

The location of the accommodation is quite central, close to many amenities, including Korean food, in the neighbourhood. The property was tidy and relatively clean. Hot water was available. The host was responsive when requested for availability.
The instructions for finding the accommodation could have been clearer and more precise; the address shown is partially written in the local language and is not fully recognised by Google. Other than the bedroom, the remainder of the property was not well heated during the stay. The bathroom is a bit small and it can be difficult to move inside!

The position is good, close to many metro stations and also to Shinjuku station.
Not easy to find the main entrance arriving late on night. Very small for 4 people. Small bathroom. I suggest to not sell for more than 3.
