這是一間讓人休息的民宿。
1.地理位置極佳：周邊生活機能非常方便，附近就有大型連鎖量販店、超市與商場，採買生活用品或逛街方便。
2.環境寧靜：民宿位於很棒的住宅區內，晚上非常安靜。
3.體驗在地生活：能真正深入體驗日本一般家庭的生活圈與住宅氛圍。
民宿主人如果能先提示以下事情，可讓人評估是否可解決，再決定是否訂房就更好了.....
1、廚房的爐火火力較為溫和。無法在15分鐘內完成蔬菜麵，但不影響每餐外食人士。
2、沒有電視只有螢幕而已，如要用要花時間研究，但不影響手機、平板追劇或使用網路影音的人。
3、沐浴熱水是儲水式電熱水器，熱水量是每天固定的。如果是三人以上的家庭，不適合淋浴完後加上泡澡，以免當天無熱水可洗。
4、空調要開的夠冷，不然會有蟲子(很像丸子蟲、團子蟲)一直爬出來，但因無害人體，所以孩子順便觀察，觀察完再把冷氣開到最冷就好了。
